This hotel is obscene! The front desk is rude, if you're not Greek, of course! There is no breakfast for the Italians, just local stuff and a maximum of ham and cheese .. that we do not eat breakfast! And 'dirty, not clean the rooms, there are ants and hair! I have folded the towels were dirty and without changing resting on the floor. They have not even made ​​the bed. The night they whooped disturbing other guests of the hotel and nobody intervened to silence. Le foto non sono realistiche, sembra bello invece è una specie di bettola malandata. the breakfast wasn't satisfying, but the daily room service was spot on. loved the huge L-shaped balcony and the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. it’s super close to the beach too!

Had decent stay with value for money recommendations. Enjoyed the original-style building and exceptionally nice room with balcony. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator:)))

I had a fantastic stay with a huge L-shaped balcony perfect for soaking up the sun. Loved the daily room service and the delicious breakfast, especially the free fruits and raki shots. No issues with the shower despite its size!

Ideal and fairly clean accommodation with particularly good location close enough to Heraklion & airport, the beach/bus stop into Heraklion and several sites. Great choice for trip...

The beach was nice and close to our hotel. It was in general a lovely experience. The venue was perfectly situated. We loved the fact that we chose castro.

This hotel suits me perfectly. It offers free Wi-Fi, a great poolside snack bar, and a friendly 24-hour reception. I fondly recall how the staff assisted me in retrieving documents I forgot. Highly recommend staying here!

The smoked salmon bagels were a game changer, like a heavenly bite of Cretan delight. The restaurant staff were super friendly, and the location was easy for finding local gems. Plus, the pool was clean and perfect for lounging!

Dinner was a bit of a letdown. The surprise menu was not up to par, serving food that looked rough and tasted even worse. We wished for more variety instead of those tiny joke desserts.

Our family room was spacious and very clean, perfect for 4 of us. Showers were super powerful, and those beds? So comfy! Breakfast was decent, but get there early to snag the good stuff. The room met our needs without any complaints.
